If you call with the model number and problem description I can generally give you a ballpark estimate of what your repair will cost.
How much does a service call cost?
Depending on your location and type of appliance, the service call rate is 70-89 for the diagnosis. This service call charge is waived if you decide to have your appliance repaired.
Is there a warranty?
Absolutely. All repairs have a one year warranty on both parts and labor.
Will my appliance be fixed on the first visit?
I stock common parts and strive to fix appliances on the first visit but it is impossible to carry every part for every appliance model. There is not an extra charge if a part is needed to be ordered.
